When purchasing a new E-Pond Koi Feeding System, a Mac Address is included, which is linked to a free license. After registering the Mac Address, this license is valid for 1 year (see topic ‘Register Device’). This license key is required to use the E-Pond Management (E-POND).
If you do not have a license key or it has expired, you can order a license key in our Webshop.

Renew license
You can purchase a license key by going to our Webshop/E-Pond. Under category E-Pond you will find the E-Pond license, here you can choose a 1 or 2 year license key. Place the chosen license key in your shopping cart and complete the order, the license key will then be sent to you by e-mail and automatically added to your account, you can find this under your login/account, selection menu text “My License Key“.

Activate license key
Copy the license key that you have received by email or which is under your login/account, selection menu button “My License key“.
In the E-Pond Management, open the “My Devices” tab. Clicking the “Edit” button next to the appropriate Device will take you to the “Edit Device” page. Paste the copied license key in the appropriate field ❑ LICENSE KEY and click “SAVE”.

Remark! Attention! that there are no spaces before or after the license key when copying and pasting it, so that it can be seen as an incorrect license key.
